Contract Value:  £3,200,000 Client:  Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority Alterations and extensions to existing Visitor Centre to provide new Gallery, Cafe, Reception/Tourist Information Centre, Education Space, Gallery/Artist in Residence/Studio, Offices.

Contract Value: £375,000 Client: North Somerset Council Alterations to former school building to provide new Childrens Centre including offices, play spaces, kitchen, stores and toilets.

Contract Value: £90,000 Client: North Somerset Council (South Ward Neighbourhood Management Partnership) Improvements to existing community open space to provide wildlife habitats, natural material pathways, seating,  planting and enclosed play area.  Adapting access road into cycle path and prevention of vehicular access.

Contract Value:  £475,000 Client: North Somerset Council Lottery Funded project to infill central courtyard of the Healthy Living Centre to provide a new library with IT facilities, reception counter and stores.

Contract Value:  £330,000 Client: North Somerset Council Provision of new landscaped area including play areas, multi-use games area, bandstand, seating and furniture.

Contract Value:  £266,000 Client: Congresbury Recreation Club New single storey changing room and pavilion building, provision of car parking and associated external work.  Partly funded by The Football Foundation.
