Contract Value: £1,400,000 Client: Sapphire Primary Care Developments Extension to existing surgery to provide consulting rooms, treatment room, staff room and pharmacy, without disruption to normal surgery working.

Contract Value: £3,000,000 Client: Assura Properties Ltd Demoltion of former Sun Inn and construction of new steel framed three storey health centre including dental surgery and pharmacy. Exernal works included car parking, footpaths and drainage.

Contract Value: £2,000,000 Client: Greenway Community Practice New single/two storey health centre including pharmacy. External works included car parking, footpaths, paving to existing access road and drainage.

Contract Value: £2,600,000 Client: North Somerset Council The new Healthy Living Centre was designed to encompass doctors surgery, early years centre, church, cafe, reception, housing office, community hall, day centre.

Contract Value: £3,400,000 Client: Bristol North Primary Care Trust Demolition of part of existing Health Centre, new two storey extension and refurbishment of remainder, whilst allowing Health Centre to provide continuous service throughout the works.  The new extension provides consulting rooms, dental suite, staff rooms and pharmacy.

Contract Value: £1,800,000 Client: Dr A.J. Mayes & Partners Demolition of part of existing Health Centre, new extensions to north and south elevations, alterations and refurbishments to ground floor, formation of new first floor over ground floor area.  The new Health Centre provides reception area, consulting rooms, treatment rooms, administration, staff rooms, pharmacy.
