The Gardens of Dyffryn House are currently open to the public and Glamorgan Council are now seeking to repair and conserve the interior of Dyffryn House. Works to enable reuse of the interior will be assisted by Heritage Lottery Funding.

Restoration and repairs of Grade I Listed Mansion including re-roofing, repairs and restoration of existing masonry, structural repairs, window & door restorations, re-wiring, re-piping, internal fire upgrading, internal fabric repairs and restoration.
Alteration, restoration and conversion of Grade II Listed Stable Block into bedsit accommodation units for staff and volunteers.
Landscaping works comprising altering, upgrading and extending the existing car park to form new tarmac parking areas, new granular parking areas and a grassed overflow parking area, together with new pedestrian footpaths.
Alteration and conversion of existing Home Farm buildings to form new Visitior Facilities including new straw bale construction reception and ticket office building, new kitchen, cafe, shop, toilets, staff area and offices.

Restoration, repairs and development works of Grade I Listed Priory Church and Grade II* Listed Church House. Works to include re-roofing, repairs and restoration of stonework, windows and internal plaster and joinery. Creation of new seminar rooms and stores, disabled lift platform, new cafe, kitchen and toilets.

Repairs and upgrade work to Grade I Listed 18th Century Town Hall building involving change of use from public lavatories to provide community/exhibition space. This project will be partly funded by Heritage Lottery Funding.

Enabling works to Scheduled Ancient Monument. Phase 1 - Provision of new foul and surface water drainage. Phase 2 - Removal of existing shelter buildings and provision of new timber framed shelter building for mosaics etc and provision of new education centre. Refurbishment of existing reception/entrance building.

Rebuilding, conservation and repair of Grade II Listed Mansion building, following major damage by fire (two RICS Conservation Awards). Alterations, extensions and refurbishments to existing swimming pool and changing rooms to provide new changing areas, refurbished pool area, new roof coverings, new fire escape.
Contract Value: £500,000 Client: Saltash Town Council
Complete refurbishment of existing Grade II Listed building in the centre of Saltash. Re-roofing using natural slates, new lift, staircase, kitchen facilities and toilet facilities. Installation of new second floor meeting room. Internal and external redecorations including repair and renewal of fibrous decoration plaster ceiling and mouldings.

Safety improvements around Castle including replacement of sea wall safety barriers, infilling between existing barriers to bastions, new handrails to steps, repairs to ticket office, sea walls and steps to beach. Repairs to sewage outfall, cover and ladder to underground magazine. Widening of car park entrance and forming new passing bay to access road.

Alterations and refurbishments to Grade II* Listed Concert Hall (former Church building). Works comprised re-roofing, masonry repairs, reordering internal spaces including new stage area, new flooring, mechanical and electrical installations, redecoration and theatre lighting together with alterations to external works and drainage.

Rebuilding and restoration of former Grade II Listed Temple to form new Estate Offices. Works comprised restoration of the flow stone walls, ashlar portico and lead roofs.

Reinstatement of Serpentine Lake Cascade & Cabinet, The Wilderness, Prior Park - Listed Grade I in the English Heritage Park & Garden Register. Works included temporary diversion of spring water, liner, lake walls and divert drainage, counterfort drainage, formation of new paths and landscaping.

Provision of new fire hydrant water main around Castle and new water storage tank. New paths and steps around grounds. Strpping out building following vacation by Youth Hostel. Complete refurbishment of 1902 Barrack Block.

Reconstruction of access steps down to beach and rock anchor stabilisation works. Removal of existing concrete bridge over drop to beach and replacement with new timber bridge. Extension to Visitors Centre and refurbishment of shop.

Restoration of Grade I Listed building - one of Wales' most important historical builidngs from the Tudor Period. Restoration comprised complete reconstruction of parts of the building and refurbishment of remaining areas whilst preserving original features such as plaster friezes and cornices.
